For my final project I decided to focus on the effects of listening to music. Around this time of the semester students are cramming and stressed out so much, some people meditate or do yoga or exercise to clear their heads but the most common way students relax and take a break is by listening to music. I myself use music as a “coping mechanism” in a way, as I study for my own finals and even write this blog post I listening to music. like many of the people interviewed I feel less stressed when listening to music while doing work and it tends to keep me more on track. here is the sound cloud link to my interviews about Musics Affect on Mental Health.
